Biography

2012 Arc

No one truly knows where Hiemalis came from, although the icy villain stylized himself as the Lord of Winter.  At a point he turned Kol Uskey into a thrall. He was responsible for the destruction of the Ta-Koro Hospital of the Guard.  During the seige of Pala-Koro Aparangi and Draeverian Joskiir handed over one of the Four Peers to Hiemalis, but only after learning of a deadly plan.  

2013 Arc

Hiemalis was defeated, and possibly killed, by Sulov Maru with the help of Kol Uskey after the toa of earth tracked his quarry into the a lair in the drifts of Ko-Wahi.

Appearance and Tools

Hiemalis was a toa of ice, his armor white and his blade a rapoier capable of freezing and shattering other weapons on contact.  His eyes were blue and dead and his body was pitted from countless battles.  He wore a cape when traveling.
