Patero Launchers are a type of projectile weapon manufactured on Mata Nui.
Description
Patero Launchers are projectile weapons that come in many different sizes. Using a hand-pump, air bladders are filled, which propel the projectile down the Patero Launcher's barrel. Projectiles range from capsules filled with Photothermic Powder to clusters of bamboo arrows. Most common are handheld, rifle and pistol type launchers. Artillery sized Patero cannon are possible, but the making of air seals of such sides are a guarded trade secret.
History
Patero launchers were invented after Makuta's defeat, at the start of Arc 2.
