Mister Phopp is a Vortixx and a gentleman. He serves as a receptionist at the Ussalry Headquarters.

Phopp possesses extraordinary powers of paperwork. He likewise has preternatural social skill, always fashionably formal, but never seeming to cheapen the appearances of those around him, nor to be out of place.
Appearance
Mister Phopp is an impressively sharp-dressed male Vortixx, who tops his genteel wardrobe with his signature gold-rimmed monocle. His voice is a clear and courteous baritone.
Biography
When a mysterious Vortixx came to Onu-Koro with nothing but the suitcase in his hand and the suit (including monocle) on his back, he found work in the Ussalry's administration as a receptionist, registering his name as simply "Mister Phopp." Thus, Mister Phopp's career and character were born conjoined. He since rose in both social standing and number of suits.
Phopp was receptionist when Naona requested the Ussalry's information on the former mercenary Roth, and he supplied it. He next informed Rynekk Simul of the fall of Ko-Koro.
Personality
Phopp is perpetually debonair, and he ascribes to the highest principles of etiquette while maintaining humility. He is professional in all that he does. In short, he is the perfect receptionist.
