The only required parameter is the name. Any others which are unknown or inapplicable should be left blank. Fields marked with "Unknown" blank automatically.
The parameters ending in "hidden" only effect categories and do not display in the infobox. These are great for automatically categorizing pages without displaying redundancies (For example, using islandHidden on the page for Zakaz to put the Zakaz page in the Zakaz category automatically)
The parameters ending in ManualLink will not auto-categorize like their default counterparts, but will display in the infobox.
