Biography
Raised as a Ta Matoran, Xerrand was once an energy specialist in Ta-Koro. He devoted his life's work to converting the raw unpredictable energy of fire to a sustainable power source.
Xerrand had the sincerest respect for the Toa Mata, never once expecting them to fall short. Their betrayal cut him deeply. When Xerrand became a Toa, he was immediately frustrated with the injustice of the Koros. He decided to go rogue. Inciting revolution, and reform, Xerrand is bent on keeping the island out of the hands of the corrupt
Appearance and Tools
Deep blue armor with burning white accents. Blue mask of Quick-Travel, with Red eyes. White tattoos of lightning glow over his body.
Xerrand wields dual blades that trace the underside of his forearms. The blades are attached just below the elbow, having a handle on the other end for stability and control.
Abilities and Traits
Xerrand summons the power of Lightning and electricity. He can send beams of energy hurling towards his enemies. When he brings himself in contact with an enemy, lightning is summoned from the sky and everything around bringing catastrophic damage.
Xerrand is an analytical, pragmatic, idealist. After becoming a Toa he grew frustrated with the injustice of Mata Nui. He fights for a More Perfect Order. He is driven by morality, but stands against the Akiri.
