Biography
He is the Admin's go-to PR man. When someone wants to talk to the Administrator, even if he/she manages to get through all the red tape, they will have to settle for Kazul. He is extremely loyal to the Administrator, and serious about his work. He tells things like he sees it, and will not hesitate to give a blunt but honest response to your question. He climbed up the political ladder through wit, and uses it to this day to concoct schemes for the Administrator. Kazul is currently working to turn public opinion against his mortal enemy, Bellicus Kastus.
