Toa Sphere
Here is where the majority of the Toa populous resides when not at work - albeit smaller to its sister dome due to the smaller toa population. In fact, with its many stores, eateries, public libraries and schools, many citizens never have to leave save official business or recreational purposes. A city within a city, it is designed to help keep violence between the two groups down, so matoran are banned from his sphere unless authorized by the Administrator himself. Vyres constantly patrol this sphere to keep it safe, but even so many riots start anyway for any number of reasons, and with the average Toa having exceptional powers, riots here tend to be far more dangerous.
Laryna had a lair somewhere underground in this sphere, but nobody has ever found it.
