Rhadel was one of the leaders of the Dawn during their rule of Mata-Nui. He was responsible for the technological and scientific means which the Dawn implemented in order to better exercise complete dominance over the Matoran. He was also closely associated with Xeriak, and the two were known to plot with one another.
