Appearance: Small and scrawny but incredibly fast. He holds much power and is very stealthy. He is invisible permanently making him able to blend with his surroundings. Most of the time he paints himself white and wears an overcoat.
History: A powerful being from the island of Norak. He was punished by the Great Spirits to forever move at incredible speeds. He has trained himself to move slower but it is incredibly difficult for him. He has a history of being a good assassin and has yet to fail.
