The Mata Nui Daily (also known as the Mata Nui Weekly) is named for the news publication and the operating company that prints said publication. It is the longest-running news organization on Mata Nui, founded by admirers of Takua's work. It's covered events like the Battle of Kini Nui, the Nui-Rama Hive Assault, the Lavapool Bombing, and the Ko-Koro Hostage Crisis, among many other stories.
