The Onu-Koro Research Community was a group of the most capable scientists of Onu-Koro working in secret to develop technology. Their main projects included contacting extraterrestrial intelligence and discovering time travel.
History
Formation
The Onu-Koro Research Community was formed by a group of Onu-Matoran scientists wishing to research without interference from outside actors.
Demolition
The members of the group placed themselves in statis capsules operating with liquid to "travel in time" and awaken in the future. However, the tubes were unreliable and killed everyone but Teede.
Science Hunt
While searching for the meaning of the Tablet of Names, Kirgan and his companions discovered the secret laboratory of the community and rescued Teede from statis.
